Complete School Facilities does not Guarantee the Students’ High Quality

Good morning ladies and gentlemen

                To begin with, I would like to tell a story that I have read on www.pedemunegeri.com. The story is about a girl which has a younger brother who has moved from Padang to Medan. In Padang, the boy was studying in a school which have standard facilities, but when he was moving to Medan, he got a famous school which has full facilities. Do you know what the boy said? The boy said that he did not get anything since he just entered his new school in Medan. He said to his parents that he got nothing on his new school. In his new school, he looked that every day; his time in school is just like in kindergarten. There is no teacher, there is no successor teacher, and there is no study. From that article, I strongly believe that complete school facilities are not the foundation of students’ quality. I wish to talk about the factors which are involving students’ quality. I also would like to talk about the most essentials aspect that students need to have high quality.

                Firstly, facilities are not the based on students’ quality. There are 5 factors which are involving students’ quality. The first factor is the students’ spirit. The students whose have a big spirit absolutely will make themselves become an excellent person.  The second factor is students’ potentials. Students have their potentials which are different each other. Some of them have known their potential, but the others do not know their potential. They, who have known their potential, must be involving their potential with their spirit. The third factor is about the teachers. The teachers should master their subject well. If the teachers were mastering the subject, it would be easier for the teachers and the students to teach and to be aware of the subject. The students are also able to improving the subjects more. The forth factor is the real school systems. The systems here are the systems or methods that teachers use to teach and to convey the subjects. The systems that school used are the second most essential factor in build up students’ quality because the systems can modify students’ perspective if it is going well. And the last is the extra facilities. The facilities here are just like a completion of our studying. I mean that, if there are no facilities, but you have the 4 factors, you can do something good for your quality.

                Secondly, the most essential aspect that students need to have a good quality is a spirit or an encouragement which is come from their heart and also their environment. The spirits make the students up to go to the top of their satisfied. The students, whose has big encouragement, who had got an achievement, ought to be better and better than before. It means that the students definitely will do something which is more excellent. And for the students whose has big encouragement but have not got an achievement, definitely will try, try, and try to do something better because of the encouragement itself. Well ladies and gentlemen; once again, the most essential students’ need is just an encouragement.

                The last, I’m going to summarize my speech. The facilities are not the most essential factor that students need to have a high quality. You just need to improve your spirit because the spirit can make you have an excellent quality. The key point here is spirit. Well ladies and gentlemen, that’s all my speech.
